Just got my new Lennox 16 seer Ac/Hvac unit installed 2 weeks ago. Took about 5 hrs or so. They sent someone to check the next week to make sure everything looks like it was installed correctly. The sales rep was Great! We really liked the tech who came to do the walk through, made it very simple on the process. The techs that did the work, were efficient and work detailed. Also, the follow up tech did a great job with analyzing the work completed! Great organization we have dealt with thus far!
